For natural storage, the basis of a quality product, the cachaças from Engenho do Coronel are distributed among the available oak, amburana, balsam and chestnut vats for aging 

In the storage process, the alcohol in the cachaça, in contact with the wood, extracts special substances that change the chemical composition, flavor, aroma and color, thus forming a striking and expressive product. These chemical reactions that take place over time define the sensory experience characteristic of each cachaça, conferring exclusivity to the product.


The Cachaça Engenho do Coronel Prata is packed in stainless steel vats for maturation and rest.
